POTTERY - Wabi Sabi

My techniques are pinched pots and coiled pots to create an original and unique work of art for everyday life. I use pieces of lace to get patterns on the surface of clay and push them into mouldings then draw some nature plants on front or back of the works . I am inspired the Japanese four seasons as I have grown up in a country side, surrounded in mountains, rivers, ponds, different kinds of trees and plants. I always felt the seasons changing in nature. I think of the scenery while creating my pottery.
